QI GONG CONSULTATIONS
QI GONG is a form of the Traditional Chin. Healing Methods which has been practiced for more than three thousand years. It's based on the knowledge that energy, called the "Qi" (say"chee"), flows through & also around your entire body and along the energetic pathways called "meridians".
Illness occurs when something blocks or unbalances your "Qi". QI GONG is a way to unblock or influence Qi and helps it to flow back into energetic balance.
Acupressure is done by soft til strong finger pressure - circulating in the upper skin layer at certain points on your body. This is gently balancing the energy flow. Sometimes heat, pressure, or even mild electrical feelings are observable! Your
health consultant gives you a diagnosis and ask questions about your pains and how well you are functioning. He or she will also ask about your overall health.
Later "Your health consultant" looks for the places ("called points") at your body to access the Qi that is blocked or not flowing right. Each of the points relates to certain health problems or body functions. "Gong" is the art of mastering.
